應用領域
電鍍工業中,硫酸鎳溶液為電鍍鎳和化學鎳的主要原料,此溶液呈墨綠色,隨著濃度的高低而影響顏色的深淺。P7228鎳離子分析儀是一組即時監測控制系統,可同時顯示電鍍槽的鎳濃度、pH值、溫度數值及分析週期,一旦鎳離子及/或pH濃度低於設定範圍時,會啟動加藥泵浦功能,自動控制鎳離子及/或pH濃度維持在設定的圍內。
操作原理
根據比爾定律(Beer–Lambert Law),待測物在不同濃度受特定波長光波照射下,其水樣穿透率與吸收率的改變,藉由光學偵測器測得之光學值換算出濃度。 在電鍍過程,除了監控鎳離子濃度,同時必須掌握pH值和溫度數值。pH值扮演著極為重要的角色,基材與鍍液之間的電子轉移及化學反應皆會造成pH濃度變化,進而影響到鍍液穩定性與鍍層形貌,最終影響到電鍍成品的良莠品質。由於槽液溫度過高會傷害分析儀器,本機器有內置一套水樣冷卻裝置,避免高溫狀態下造成儀器中測槽或偵測模組受損,所以測試前先將水樣溫度進行冷卻。
